1.God made great promises to Abraham, but they were not fulfilled in Old Testament times. 2.Because of persistent sin, God let the Jews be taken into captivity. 3.God's answer to humanity's problem began in the least expected and least visible way. 4. We still do not see the complete answer to all of earth's problems, but we have hope in God's promise. 5. Believers do not experience all the promises in this life, but have hope and confidence in Jesus.
